Costume Design by Meghan Kasperlik and Sharen Davis ( US shoot ) and Charlotte Walter (UK). Sally worked with designer Charlotte Walter , costume supervisor Annie Crawford, and the UK costume team on the crowd costumes for the scenes shot in the UK , which were 1940s flashbacks to the childhood of Jon Osterman ( Dr Manhattan ).
